Is Mountain Biking at Night Your “Thing?”

Serious mountain bikers looking for a challenge might consider entering a race in the Suzuki 24-Hour National Point Series, a series of six team relay races held at various locations throughout the country. 
Laird Knight, CEO of Granny Gear Productions, the races’ producer, says that the spirit of teamwork is a major emphasis of each race. “I’ve always believed that sportsmanship, camaraderie and fun were the hallmarks of this sport,” he says.

The races will take place April 26 to 27 in Temecula, Calif.; May 17 to 18 in Conyers, Ga.; June 7 to 8 in Hazelton, W.Va.; Sept. 20 to 21 in Blue Springs, Mo.; and Oct. 11 to 12 in Moab, Utah.

This year, Ellsworth Handcrafted Bicycles and Infinit Nutrition have joined on with Suzuki Automotive in sponsoring the series.
